Job Requirement
• Bachelor of Business Administration, preferably in marketing management and hospitality;
• Minimum of three-year experience in the customer service job;
• Good English proficiency;
• Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail, & Ms. Project);
• High level of diplomacy & confidentiality required;
• Good knowledge of creative customer service development and complaint handling;
• Strong organizational, communication, report writing, decision making, conflict solving, facilitating skills and good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multi-project simultaneously, with attention to details timelines, the company-wide context for decision and legal implication;
