1. Scope of working:
- MEP Design Manager: is responsible to manage and oversee the planning, design/engineering, coordination and implementation, control and monitor the MEP Designing proposal such as Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Gas, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan.
- Develop the MEP Project design brief (concept) and maintain by regular review
- Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Arrange full construction (MEP Installation & planning) support during the design phase to maximize constructability.
- Set-up & monitor a MEP design quality plan, linking Designers quality plans with a regular review and audit function.
- Ensure that the design intent and design performance criteria are maintained through the design development and construction process.
- Report immediately any event which will significantly change previous forecasts and/or senior management expectations of the next forecasts.
- Lead problem solving and resolution of design issues
- Identify issues causing risk or delay to the project
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Tasks & Duties:
 Working on 2D/3D modeling of buildings/houses/furniture/ etc.
 Draw in/exterior modelings
 Edit 2D/3D modelings

• Takes proper care on the market properties and equipment by carrying out scheduled maintenance and quality inspection to minimize technical malfunction and maximize its useful life;
• Plans, implements and completes the maintenance programs to ensure Facilities and MEP system in well operation condition;
• Controls and issues all work orders to ensure the tasks are completed on time and met vendor satisfaction;
• Daily control and check MEP System of the market;
• Check and maintenance clean water system;
• Check and maintenance dirty water system;
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.

• Check the condition of the site before starting construction activities, verify design compatibility, practicality and constraints;
• Provide construction technical and share to other employees;
• Control construction site to ensure standard quality;
• Check and verify quantity and cost of construction at the project;
• Manage construction schedule and progress;
• Generate monthly report to line manager.

- Product Research and Development:

a. To understand the local construction methodology, trends, technologies, products and system through regular site surveys.
b. Propose the new products within the Group product range based on the construction methodology surveys.
c. To assist group technical team in HQ by providing local requirement, practices and specifications for the new product development.
d. To understand the local government authority’s requirements /process flow on new construction development.
e. To understand the local code of practice, standard regulations for the products and system.
f. Perform other work-related duties as deemed necessary by the Group Technical Manager.

- Product Training and Knowledge Enhancement:

a. Ensure all sales executives/Engineers and procurement officer well equipped with technical knowledge of their product ranges through the product knowledge enhancement training.
b. Responsible for development and update of training materials information, documents and training modules.
c. Responsible to Conduct class room training for Sales and procurement department
d. Responsible for the continuous improvement of training courses/modules based the feedback from training participants.

- Product Demand Analysis :

a. To provide the forecasting of the product ranges in the whole market though the technical studies.
b. To create a model project based on project info and to find out the product demand in upcoming year for all type of projects.
c. Do continuous improvements on analysing method by adding data to get the more accurate values

- Product Engineering and Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA&QC):

a. Responsible for Preparation, revision and maintenance of technical documents, including product drawings, method of statements, test reports and review documents for revisions.
b. To ensure the products and system accordance to authority/ statutory board requirements.
c. Maintain certification and compliance of the existing products
d. To ensure products and quality meet customer expectations.
e. Ensure that all the products are compliance with the KUS Quality management guidelines and policies
f. Responsible for conducting Incoming Quality Check (IQC)
- Responsible for raising Non-Conformity Report (NCR)
- Generating/revising the quality related documents, including QIS and QQIS for the related products and systems
- Responsible for Other QA&QC related activities
- Responsible to do competitor sample comparison analysis.

- Technical Department Operation :
a. Ensure that all the operations in the department are inbound with the pertinent guidelines and policies of company
b. Writing and revising of the technical operational policies and procedures.
c. To ensure the all enquiries/complaints from the sales executives/procurement officers or customers addressed on time.
d. Responsible to provide product/system technical presentation to the customers in case of necessity
e. To develop the calculation sheets, templates, formula for improving the productivity.

-Assist the works in Construction Department
-Communicate with other construction companies, suppliers and tenants
-Control fitting out work to be done
-Manage and control the documents in Construction Department
-Other duties assigned by manager

1. Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
2. Plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan
3. Coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors and work activities
4. Preparing the site with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers and surveyors before the construction work starts;
5. Selecting tools and materials (Make a test of the tools before decided to buy it)
6. Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
7. Checking and preparing site reports
8. Assessing and minimizing risk
9. Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
10. Maintaining quality control procedures
11. Keeping staff motivated and focused
12. Another task assigns by project manager or project director.

• Prepare the monthly tax report and tax payment to general tax department.
• Prepare the annual tax on profit declaration and filing.
• Responsible for paying patent tax for head office and coordinate branch level to declare patent tax by providing turnover and support how to refill patent taxation form.
• Responsible Signboard for head office and coordinate branch level to declare signboard tax by providing turnover and support how to refill signboard taxation form.
• Responsible prepare location confirmation and submit to tax department for new office and office move location.
• Responsible for follow up pending balance related taxation accounts.
• Prepare guidelines and instructions related to tax payment.
• Communicate with tax official and other related officials.
• Collect data tax from system T24 and consolidation every week.
• Prepare and complete E-Filling in GDT’s online system.
• Process payment tax with bank.
• Perform other tasks required by managers.
