• Assist the Project Manager in coordination work, planning, and monitoring the site’s workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of i.e., project documentation, plans, and reports
• Attend regular meetings, ensuring that relevant information is captured.
• Follow up with the detailed design process and coordinate design information
• Lead the preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings
• Ensure the model aligns with the standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Conduct site visits to check on progress and assist in resolving site issues and following promptly with drawing issuances

• To exhibit tasks using computer programs such as AutoCAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro., V-Ray Plug-in, and Adobe Creative Suites at a very good level or higher.
• Prepare and establish the Department Policy, Guidelines, SOPs and Workflow
• Execution of monthly and weekly reports to the General Manager and Managing Director.
