- To sourcing for Energy, Raw material, and packaging to ensure an uninterrupted supply at minimum cost and within
the Procurement Policies and Procedures

- Understand Cement process technology and machine equipment in production from Quarry to Packing Plant
- Understand the characteristic of raw material and cement product
- Able work with Maintenance Supervisor to fix the machine problem

- To ensure the best customer experiences with our product through value added services.
- To handle all complaints regarding the cement quality including educate the market or consumer about our product usages
- To benchmark our cement quality on a monthly basis, including with competitors’ cement in the market as well.
- To develop transformational market segment for sales with added value (customer focused) as well as ensure that customers are satisfied with product and service given.
- To feedback on market information and trend of the cement market, market product development and others.
- Building account management and partnership in Transformational Unit.
- Support other assignment as assigned.

-Provide Sales for Ecocycle by engaging the Key accounts and other Industry waste generators.
-Provide customer service excellence.
-Effectively manage the collection and delivery of waste from source to the plant.
-Negotiate and close contract.
-Promote and contribute to OH&S and environmental compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree from Civil Engineering or marketing
- At least 1 years in sales & marketing, preferably in construction materials and managing key accounts with technical approaches
- Language: English good, written and spoken & able to use Microsoft Office Program
- Integrity and effective communication skill
