Job Description
1. Establish potential customers, conducts theory and practical paint school to related end users and industries, perform project specification follow up activities: monitor and track project development, promote products to customer as applicator, architecture, contractor, developer, owner and actively engage to the company;
2. Identifying key customers to specify our products into their project specification;
3. Strongly support to sales team in order to provide and consult of the products selection;
4. Prepare method statement and method drawing to sales team;
5. Planning & coordinating with sales teams to join project bidding and creating channel;
6. Co-ordinate with marketing team on designing the product catalogs;
7. Conduct product (innovation) technical training to internal and external customers;
8. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting accuracy and timely on work result to superior;
9. Perform other activities and tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
● Minimum 2 years of experiences in specification engineer
● Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
● Be able to communicate in English and Chinese preferable (both spoken and written)
● Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
● Ambitious, active, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
● Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
● Able to work under pressure
● Computer literacy and software system is a plus
● Possess valid driving license is preferable
● Can do attitude with team work spirit

Job Description
1. Active participation to establish annual strategy, budget, design and implementing business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
2. Maintain good relationship and service with existing and new project owner, developer, contractor, specifier, consultant, architecture etc. and attend customer complaint and conduct minimum twice a month to join visit with subordinate to their customer;
3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and sets pricing strategy, sale promotion and sales forecast;
4. Maintaining the existing customers and expand new projects target;
5. Increase new business opportunities by leveraging various products and/or market;
6. Identifying and reaching out to new potential project partners;
7. Regularly meeting with stakeholders and business partners;
8. Working on cross selling opportunities with the internal and external customers;
9. Co-operate with supply chain team on the timely delivery of the items and submit on time the products forecast to make sure do not have product shortage;
10. Initiative on customer management data;
11. Addressing customer service issues as raised by the business partners;
12. Working closely with the marketing team for arranging marketing material, share competitor marketing activities and give feedback;
13. Implementing project marketing plans set out by the Product/Marketing team;
14. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within subordinates;
15. Manage the sales teams to ensure delivery of team member KPI’s, and providing training / coach where necessary to the teams;
16. Keep management informed through monthly reports on sales performance, realistic forecasts, activities in all project and market situation;
17. Report to the General Manager on a regular basis about his/her professional activities;
18. Perform other duties as assigned from management of the Company.
Job Requirement
● Bachelor’s degree in management, sales & marketing, civil Engineering or other equivalent
● At least 5 years of experiences in sales & marketing and civil engineer
● Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
● Good communicate skills in English (both spoken and written)
● Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
● Ambitious, flexible, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
● Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
● Presentation skills, customer relationships
● Able to work under pressure
● Computer literacy and software system is a plus
