• Develop and update operational risk management policy for validation by Risk Oversight Committee (ROC);
• Lead development and updating of management tools (operational loss data, Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), key risk indicators and internal controls) to prevent potential operational risks;
• Lead development and updating of Business Continuity Plan (BCP), BCP testing plan and guideline to ensure continuity of Amret business activities and prevent unexpected events from disrupting operations;
• Lead development and updating of fraud management risk management policy and methodology, Operational Loss Event data procedure and tools to ensure all operational risk incidents are properly recorded, detected and managed;
• Lead development and updating of Third-Party Risk Management policy, New Product Approval Process policy and procedure to ensure risk risks are properly mitigated and managed;
• Lead assessment of Amret RCSA by working with risk owners to identify potential risks and implement prevention measures;
• Oversee analysis of operational loss data and key risk indicator data to identify potential risks and implement prevention measures;
• Conduct threat assessment regarding business continuity risk, and propose for risk mitigation;
• Participate and contribute to risk assessment and its integration into new policies, operational manuals, procedures and related projects;
• Analyze issues found by SOIC and Internal Audit Department and alert to relevant departments to define mitigation tools;
• Follow up, support and reinforce all decisions and recommendations made by Operational Risk Committee (ORC) to ensure these are properly implemented at the time;
• Report and alert significant operational risks to ORC;
• Lead and coach staff to ensure they can perform their jobs following business requirements;
• Disseminate operational risk management policy, risk mapping tools and operational loss data tool to relevant managers and staff;
• Provide training on internal controls, BCP, Business Management Guidance, fraud management to ensure relevant staff are fully aware and know how to apply related policies and procedures.

The Senior Architect is in charge of overseeing timely and profitable completion of a project, also help coordinate the work-team, consult with clients, and draw design. This will need to develop project cost estimates, review construction bids and contracts, coordinate implementation of capital improvement projects, administer agreements with consultant architects and engineers, act as lead worker and perform related work as required.

-Working independently or with consultant architects/engineers, designs and prepares plans and specifications, develops cost estimates, and coordinates implementation of capital improvement projects, oversees the work and administers consultant construction.
-Develops construction bid proposals, reviews bid specifications, recommends contract approval and administers contracts with consultant architects and engineers.
-Participates in final inspection of improvement projects and makes recommendation regarding acceptance of construction work.

- Perform engineering design evaluations and lead project engineering design, specific to the plumbing discipline. Recommend alterations to development and design to improve quality.
- Responsible for all aspects of engineering design, specific to the plumbing discipline within designated projects. Requires a strong understanding of building codes.
- Prepares engineering analysis of projects, to include: preliminary design, budget analysis, calculations, life cycle costs, and equipment specifications.
- Conducts surveys to gather field data; prepares drawings, layouts, and other visual aids; prepares technical construction specifications.
- Reviews the development of designs for compliance with applicable codes, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices; performs field inspections as part of the construction quality assurance process.

The Project Coordinator will initiate and monitor project plans, including managing staff schedules, logistics, program budgets and daily expenditures. The Coordinator will ensure project schedules and deadlines are met. The person will initiate and/or actively participate in and report on stakeholder meetings with government personnel and our NGO partners.
