Job Description
• Implement and report on production systems and service operations, processes and procedures, problems, incidents and escalation management, adhering to information security and ITIL standards to offer proactive, secure and high quality services;
• Execute and manage proof-of-concept for automating service of MFS, ATM Switch and reporting system, and submit results to Manager, Deputy/Head department and other related stakeholders for validation;
• Monitor services, MFS, ATM Switch and reporting system KPIs, and report on exceptions and corrective actions initiated;
• Lead in coordinating release management and code/application promotion with Applications Development and Support units, ensuring accurate and timely deployment;
• Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions for issues related to production systems, validate with respective manager before applying the validated solution;
• Provide 2nd level technical support and collaboration with 3rd level support to Staff App, ATM Switch and reporting system and interface with TEMENOS for vendor support to resolve issues based on agreed internal and external SLAs;
• Manage the installation of patches deployment, maintaining the application at the correct version level product feature offerings and issue resolution needs;
• Monitor performance of all applications and propose upgrading or optimizing of support by IT programmer.
Job Requirement
• At least 3 years in operations and support for IT applications production and non-production, with a minimum of 1 years as IT programmer;
• Managing application environment for other teams;
• SQL scripting on Ms. SQL and Oracle database;
• Working knowledge of Unix commands;
• ITIL/ITSM, best practices methodologies, DevOps and Agile project management is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
