Job Description
• Site survey the quantity, make BOQ, and any quantity calculation and cost for projects.
• Calculate the amount and cost of material and labor needed for construction projects.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and check that the work is on budget.
• Responsible for coordinating between sub-contractor in the negotiation and resolving issues relating to construction work including payment.
• Analyze the complete work and arrangement payment to constructors.
• Allocate work to contractors and check the bills for payment preparation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant fields.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience. (QS background is an advantage.)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Be friendly, flexible, hard-working, and able to work under the pressure.
• Ability to use Microsoft officer programs including, Word and Excel, Outlook, PPT, Autocade … etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude toward working with the team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate work crews concurrently.
• Ability to communicate well in written and verbal Khmer and English.
• Good morale and integrity.
