• Responsible for the deposit and ATM Card functions of LOLC with particular to deposit mobilization and financial services to ensure the long term growth.
• Manage relationship supervisor and ensuring teams enable to work smoothly and effectively and achieving plan.
• Understand customer and market dynamics and requirements necessary to initiates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Work with branches to find out strategies for collecting deposit, ATM Card and financial services and monitor sale target to ensure achievement the target.
• Maintain ongoing vigilance for early signs of potential loss of deposit and financial services customers.
• Provide leadership and drives relationship supervisor, motivation, staffing and coaching effectively and efficiently to ensure strong growth of deposit and financial services.
• Report the sale report vs. plan and identify the strong and weak points for developing sale strategies and make customer satisfaction daily, monthly and yearly.
• Enforce discipline necessary for efficiency, good staff morale and promotion of the LOLC’s corporate image.
• Develop and maintain friendly, open, reciprocal working relationships and communication channels with all staff of LOLC.
• Perform other tasks which assigned by Relationship Management Manager.

• Play as bank representative
• Identify potential customers and understand their businesses to recommend appropriate products and services to customer and bring in new deposit base.
• Build close relationship, make appointment with prospective to Promote and cross-sale the bank products and services such as opening CASA, MB, VMV, KHQR, Merchant, Bakong, Biller etc.,
• Onboard of new potential customers and the expansion of existing customers both individual and corporate customers to achieve target.
• Process new account opening, account maintenance and update customer information and document.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers by friendly banking experience as well as to keep customers satisfied.
• Handle customer needs and provide appropriate solution to customers.
• Prepare daily plan and sale pipeline submit to line manager for review.
• Ensure customer account opening document comply with policy and procedure.
• Explore ideas, customer feedback and suggestions for improvement products and services
• Must understand FAB of product to be sold
• Prepares sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and present to direct supervisor

• Promote and sell the financial products and service to clients
• Liaise and build good cooperation with local authority, partner, and all stakeholder
• Help customer by answering questions and responding to any requests
• Solicits potential and existing clients in accordance with the guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Collect client information, prepare and submit loan documents for assessment
• Analyze and interpret financial statements of borrower’s business, cash flow, and family status in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrowers
• Conducts sit visit of secure collateral and valuate the collateral value by follow guideline
• Training and Educating the credit rule and policies strictly to borrowers before processing the loan documents
• Set up the plan with CCO, and BM for loan disbursement projection as monthly, quarterly and annually basis
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Closely monitor and follow up the borrowers on their business change or any problems then report to direct supervisor for taking early action on time. Ensure the loan repayment with 100% and on time follow up
• Performs other various duties as assigned

• Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customer’s needs.
• Prospect new clients and assist them for loan application.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
• Conduct loan appraisal, collect detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties), and arrange to open new loan account.
• Prepare and execute loan application/credit memo.
• Monitor/follow up customer repayment daily and solve later repayment in a timely manner, avoiding the debt being a serious debt.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Loan products and others banks’ products & services.
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
• Performs other various duties as assigned.

• To acquires new SME borrower and grow SME loan book at the branch
• To evaluate loan applications and submit a comprehensive analyzed credit memo.
• Ensure that bank’s credit principles and policies are followed and complied.
• Ensure that deviations from the bank’s credit management processes/procedures/policies are identified and properly addressed.
• Collect supporting documents from borrowers for the loan applications and to verify the repayment sources of income.
• Conduct site visits and inspections where necessary to verify the applications and attend meeting with borrowers to discuss loan proposals to understand their businesses.
• Make sound recommendations based on quality analysis and ensure timely submission of the credit memos for approval.
• Response to queries raised by Credit Risk Management Team on the loan applications
• Monitor the loans review date and ensure prompt review of loans.
• Monitor progressive loans and post-disbursement conditions to ensure compliance of conditions imposed.
• Ensure proper filing of documents for the Corporate Borrowers.
• Liaising and follow up with CAD for the issuance of LO and loans releases.

• Acquire new customers
• Promote Housing loan to existing and new customers
• Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment and write up credit memo
• Assist to recover bad debt of the branch
• Achieve sale target and comply to RAC policy
• Maintain and provide good service to clients
• Build good relationship with partners
• Prepare loan report for supervisor and/or manager
• Perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.

• To achieved the Car loan and P-loan yearly target that provided by bank
• Respond to collect the supported doc, site visit the residential working place and business premise, and prepare memo then submit to RLC for approval
• Initiate and establish business relationships with auto dealers, distributors, agents, and corporate partners etc. for referrals of customers to the Bank for financing under approved consumer credit product programs and convince them to become our partner by signing MOU. Such relationships will cover new and used cards, civilian, commercial vehicles and corporate companies etc…
• Quickly report the issues and problems arising from the referral arrangements to direct supervisor for any action so as to ensure the continuation of such relationships.
• Make regular calls and visits to dealers and cooperate partners to nurture and sustain dealer relationships.
• Assist to recover bad debt of the branch.
• All other duties and matters ancillary to the above that Management may require from time to time.
