• To grow and maintain portfolio of deposit individual clients through building strong relationships with prospects, networking and by providing proposition and advisory for commercial banking clients on their Cash Management.
• Proactively cross sell all other products within the Bank including various types of commercial banking product and service.

• Evaluate loan applications and submit a comprehensive analysed credit memo.

• Oversee all lending activities of the branches to grow micro loan portfolio.

• Help HoD to follow up, close monitor FA and branches performance/achievement of Non-loan products and strengthen all FA activities are in accordance with policies and guidelines

• Participate and join with FA, branches staff to sales non-loan products
• Train, guide to FA about selling process, selling tactic and help them solve some issues occurred in their daily task

• Response request of closing TD/FA/PCA… from branches

• Coordinates liaison between Branches Channel Sales Department and other sales activities at branches level
• Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

• Market bank products/services to individuals and firms to meet customer’s need.
• Prospect new clients and assist them for loan application.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to assess the payment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
• Conduct loan appraisal, collect detail information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arrange to open new loan account.
• Prepare and execute loan application/credit memo.
• Monitor/follow up customer repayment and solve later payment in a timely manner to avoid the debt being a serious debt.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for loan product and other banks’ products/services.

• To acquires all staffs loan applications (Personal Loan, Car Loan and Housing Loan)
• Conduct site visits the purchased Car and House and inspections where necessary to verify the applications
• To evaluate loan applications, prepare credit memo for only Head Office staffs and recommend to approver for make decision
• Ensure that bank’s credit principles and policies are followed and complied
• Coordinate/guide and support branch staff to prepare credit memo
• Prepare monthly loan tracking reports
• Perform other tasks assisted by management.

• Conduct independent credit risk assessment on loan applications (Personal Loan, Car Loan and Housing Loan) which submitted by branch and escalate to management for approval
• Conduct site visits and inspections where necessary to verify the applications, if there is any concern
• To Evaluate client’s credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them
• Ensure that bank’s credit principles and policies are followed and complied
• Prepare monthly loan tracking reports
• Perform other tasks assisted by management

• To monitor retail loan’s customer to be reviewed timely and compliance with bank’s requirement and NBC prakas.
• Tom conduct annual/semi-annual or specific periodical credit review for retail loan accounts timely and accuracy.
• To cooperate with related parties as below for taking action follows the advice/decision from credit review’s approval authority:
o With Collection/Recovery team: if there is payment is late
o With Credit Admin: if renewal insurance: if renewal insurance is overdue
o With Branch: other; if any
o To prepare relevant reports to monitor credit review task and assist Retail Loan Center Manager to prepare other reports if needed.

• Conduct credit review for normal or restructured loan at branches to suggest for update status as required from NBC.
• Support the micro loan manager to refresh RAC/guideline to branches staff and check loan document quality.
• Track monthly client monitoring at branches to comply NBC regulatory.
• Follow up the performance and loan quality at branches
• Follow up the standard land price to ease for collateral value.
• Assess and analyst deeply the inflow-outflow of a business to support loan assessor.
• Coordinate and support to branch staff about guidelines related to the loan processing.
• Correct their mistakes/errors of completing the loan documents.
• Conduct site visit of collaterals/properties and businesses and other information.
• Conduct periodic internal controls and check on areas are concerned.
• Find out the credit review’s issues at the branches and
• do the suggestion of ways for improving.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and complying with all regulations/applicable laws.
• Closely monitor and follow up the branches on requirement from department.
• Raise up all lending issues from branches and suggestion the ways for improving to his/her supervisor.
