We are looking for a Project Architect with the following job descriptions:

The Project Architect's main role is to assist the Director of Property Development with the management of the construction projects from the conceptual design phase through to the completion of construction. The key role of the position is to maintain architectural duties in both designing, drafting and overseeing construction during the project cycle.

- Prepare drawing, specifications, and construction documents
- Site report and support site team and design lead for drawing clarification.

- Supervision of construction site

General Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the management of construction contractors performing work during the execute phase of projects with the team of Obayashi Vietnam Corporation - Cambodia Branch which is newly established in Phnom Penh.

Main duties as following;
- Work at site as safety supervisor to keep site work safety, cleaning & in order.
- Implement site safety patrol and other safety emergency checks if occurring.
- Study and improve safety procedures, standards, regulations of OVC

• Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping.
• Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all type of activities.
• To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
• Review requirements of the specification and relevant standards and ensure understandings and compliance of work done with the specified requirements of the specification and drawings.
• Carry out the specified inspection/test in accordance with relevant inspection/test plans, including the works of the subcontractors.
• Overall, supervision and coordination of General Foreman areas of responsibilities and the allocation of work areas.
• Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
• Follow-up with General Foreman efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage, and supervise materials storage area.
• Coordinates and monitors with subcontractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison with subcontractors.
• Review and certify the payment certificates for the subcontractors

• Acknowledge the BOQ and BOM (Bill of Materials) of steel structure

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Hard working and patient

•Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
•Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
•Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
•Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
•Working with the Project Manager, supervise, and check activities of workers.
•Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
•Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
•Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Manage/Collect data on competitors, consumers and market conditions, etc.
• Analyze consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits, etc.
• Forecast future of industry, products and trends
• Analyze data to draw both qualitative and quantitative conclusions
• Measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies and make recommendations
• Evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires and polls
• Oversee the work of junior members of the Research Team (Research Assistants, Trainee Research Executives and Research Executives) as requested.
• Conduct and design questionnaire online (Survey Monkey)
• Analyze/clean data using statistical software
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs and written reports
• Prepare reports and present results and actionable recommendation to commercial team
• Design questionnaires, discussion guides and paperwork and to ensure they are accepted by the client, Field, Data Processing and Data Analysis.
