We are looking for a Project Architect with the following job descriptions:

The Project Architect's main role is to assist the Director of Property Development with the management of the construction projects from the conceptual design phase through to the completion of construction. The key role of the position is to maintain architectural duties in both designing, drafting and overseeing construction during the project cycle.

• Responsible for the inspection of electrical works including firefighting system and including lightning protection system and monitoring during the work progress/execution.
• Checks materials as approved prior to installation.
• Checks location and elevation of all electrical lines from 1st Fix, the position of finishing fixtures at 3rd Fix.
• Assist MEP Manager in checking Shop Drawings, method statements, drawing up work schedules, and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Assist in completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Coordinate with C&S Engineers for building grids and elevations check.
• Attend Testing and Commissioning of all MEP Works including Lifts, IT, AV, and Kitchen.
• Highlight Non-Conformity works and coordinate with QA/QC to issue a Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
• Observe and highlight non-safe activities and site situations then coordinate with Safety Officer to issue Safety Warning/Report.
• Understand shop drawings against design drawings to clearly understand work implementation and inspection. Highlight to make RFI if there is ambiguity found.
• Check/confirm data in Contractors' submitted Daily Report.
• Managing work related to site inspection/monitoring or emergency issues.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant managers.
• Other tasks that may be instructed from time to time by MEP Managers and/or Construction Managers.

Pasteur Square is company involved with the development of chained Hotels in Cambodia. The first project is with ACCOR group, Novotel Phnom Penh.
NOVOTEL Project of a 26-floor, 4-star hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh. Targeted for completion by February 2022.

• Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants and resolves problems in the area of finishing’s to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers.
• To implement and ensure the maintenance of quality management systems for projects.
• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
• To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports, defects if any.
• To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness.
• To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
• To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work
• To prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Performance other related required by higher management from time to time.

• Assist Engineer to perform all related tasks based on requirement.
• Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.

• Review and design drawings and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details;
• Obtain and assemble all technical information, data, and drawings needed from relevant departments for full coordination of Shop Drawing across the Civil/Structure, Architectural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) architectural designs.
• Compare the project’s architectural, civil drawings and MEP drawings to identify any gaps or conflicts, communicate any inquiries to consultant to send Request for Information (RFIs) to the project consultant, and communicate relevant information to project site for technical consistency.
• Develop and standardize shop fabrication drawing;
• Analyze all the given data and documents of the project
• Review shop drawings for works and submit it for endorsement before execution;
• Prepare all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite and offsite works;
• Redevelop shop drawings according to the changes brought by the technical supervision;
• Receive/Review ‘As Built’ drawings and compare with submitted documents to ensure consistency, and create RFIs, whenever needed, to be sent to the project consultant.
• Other tasks assigned by Project Manager.

• Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, MEP, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
• Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Manage to lift of all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule.
• Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
• Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
• Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant
• Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
• Report to the Construction Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
