• First line support to all users on IT related queries
• Responsible to support in resolving incidents, requests of IT related hardware and software as well as internal system

• Implement and report on production systems and service operations (ERP, IFRS, HCM, EWS, other internal development systems, ...), processes and procedures, problems, incidents and escalation management, adhering to information security and ITIL standards to offer proactive, secure and high quality services.
• Monitoring and maintenance back-end systems to support continual services to internal staff having - ERPM, IFRS, HCM, and other internal development systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions for issues related to production of above systems, validate with respective manager before applying the validated solution.
• Provide 2nd level technical support and collaboration with 3rd level support having internal development team and vendor of above systems to resolve issues based on agreed internal and external SLAs.
• Good customer services to level 1 support and business users with highly accountability to the respected assigned tickets.

• Provide initiative security requirements, security consultant and recommendation to the new project related to IT project and/or Information System Project;
• Perform security control testing and security gaps analysis for the new solution and new IT project if require;
• Establish the procedure for manage and perform Security Assessment on Web Application, API and Application Development;
• Establish the procedure/guideline or test case scenario to perform penetration testing on the related system/application and delivery the report;
• Conducting Threat Analysis and provide mitigation control to prevent the information security threat and cyber threats;
• Perform security advisory functions to assessing information security risk and provide recommendation to mitigate the risk for the new business products/services;
• Perform information security risk assessment within the scope of information security by following information security risk management procedure.

• Performs analysis and assessment on existing server and network that provide improvement plan.
• Develop and maintain the disaster recovery plans, ensure the reviewed and updated regularly for relevance, practically and staff transfer in response to fast moving business environment
• Ensure availability of systems and infrastructure by pro-active monitoring, maintaining and managing of firewall and network systems.
• Perform monitoring and tracking of network, server performance and its utilization to ensure there is a strong monitoring in place.
• Manage of critical network equipment, upgrade, and apply security patch.
• Keeping all bank’s servers and network over 24/7 by using redundancy schematic for all servers.
• Ensure infrastructure and system documentation is up-to-date
• Ensured security best practices, implemented and revised as needed to maintain the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the information stored on and accessed through the network (firewalls, file permission, backup systems, etc.)

• Inspect and ensure all systems and hardware in Data Center are well managed and monitored i.e. CPU and Hard Disk Utilization of Core Banking server, Email system, File server and other IT systems. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
