Job Description
• Prepare, analyze and summarize operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specification, instructions and flowcharts
• Interprets data using analytics, research methodologies and statistics technique
• Evaluate key performance indicators, provide on going reports and recommend on business plan updates
• Gathering information by observing workflow, conducting CEO to assist company reports
• Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, data and relevant information
• Developing new processes and procedures to enhance operation
• Use statistical methods to analyst information and develop solutions to business problems
• Providing reports through office application to improve business processes
• Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamline and improving the operations of organizing for efficiency and profitability
Job Requirement
• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics
• Experience in managing budgets and ability to present finding in a polished way
• Proficiency with statistic and data analytics
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning
• In lieu of the above, 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
• Well versed in MS Office particularly Words, Excel,
• Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English language,
• Good organizational skills, completes and finishes work on time,
• Good understanding of process, controls and methods,
• Able to identify root cause, and suggest corrective and preventive actions,
• Works as a team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
