Job Description
• Follow up and lead to do the standard land price and businesses profile.
• Assess and Analyze the Micro Loan product in the market.
• Train, share, coordinate, and support to branch staff about policies, memos, and guidelines related to loan processing and correction their mistakes and/or errors of completing the loan documents. And contributing good experiences about the loans.
• Follow up the performance and loan quality.
• Monitor and report about loan quality that approved by branch/Micro & MSME Lending Division (always check the client overdue and report to own division).
• Conduct periodic internal controls and check on areas are concerned.
• Facilitate, monitor, and report about the partnership and then monitor the performance of Funding Raising through online and dealing with new potential partners.
• Review credit guidelines and practices with management on an ongoing basis, recommending changes where necessary.
• Review and implement target planning of Micro & MSME Lending Division and relevant departments effectively and in a responsible manner.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
• Do refreshment to staffs on guideline, procedure, and improve weakness points timely or at least once within 06 months.
• Raise up all lending issues from branches/subordinates and suggest the ways for improving to Deputy/Head of Micro Lending Department.
• Performing other various duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor of Business Administration in Management or Finance and Banking or in any related field.
• Sound working knowledge of Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Flexcube, internet, and Email).
• At least three years’ experience in Microfinance or banking industry or another related field
• Acceptable written and verbal communication skills (Khmer and English).
• Good commitment in fieldwork and strong willing to work with rural people.
• Honesty, Initiative, creatively, high commitment and good inter-personal skill, and able to manage and lead team for success.
• Good understanding of MFI/banking rules and regulations in Cambodian.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and management skills with the ability to make decisive decision in the tough circumstances.
