Job Description
• Annual Evaluation Companies about performance service with the bank to consider to renew MOU or not.
• Annual Mortgage Agencies about performance service with the bank to consider to renew MOU or not.
• To keep and store TDs and Original Loan Documents properly to make sure we have it in the strong room.
• Up to date of data property value in Phnom Penh and other Province to make sure the property value is accurate based on market value, force sale value to make sure that it can sold out easily.
• Manage and Control Valuation Companies and Mortgage Agencies to provide good customer service to the bank and manage them well by branches.
• Try to make strong relationship with Cadastre Authorities for any update information related to bank process.
• Search and Survey rental fee of PPCBank office and prepare rental contract with the lesser
• Manage and organized collateral staffs by classified job responsibility with high responsibility to make sure to provide quick service for the Bank
• To prepare form internal evaluation of property value and other form related to property valuation to branches
• Site visit inspection of property situation to provide value properly and accurately.
• Develop and make guideline to improve performance related to collateral unit procedure.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting or business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of working experiences in Banking and Finance, Collateral or property evaluation company
• Good comment and good at English communication skill.
• Microsoft Office, Google Map/Earth and other computer skill is a plus.

• Willing to work under pressure
