• Identify and analyze the main roots causing loan accounts to fall overdue and set recovery target, priority, and strategies to effectively solve those overdue loan accounts
• Manage and control all matters related to the delinquent loan accounts and regularly and constantly execute collections from those delinquent loan accounts based on the recovery policies and procedures
• Ensure that the appropriate actions are taken towards the objectives to fully recover the overdue amounts
• Monitor the overdue accounts on daily basis in the allocated queues and priorities with the effective use and analysis on recovery system and reports
• Meet with various clients in difficult situations to negotiate settlements of charged off loans and submit appropriate recovery documentation with the obtained appropriate approvals from the authorized management
• Facilitate collection activities through effective relationship with branch staff and management, responsible provincial office, and concerned departments as well as local authorities and the regulated governmental bodies
• Prepare regular reports on status of collections and home/business visits to the responsible overdue loan clients to related line supervisors on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Report progress on the legal process if any legal proceeding is engaged
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in law, finance and banking, accounting, business, and or related fields;
• At least one year experience in micro-finance; knowledge in handing MFI’s operations and credit activities;
• Fair knowledge of English language;
• Computer literacy; MS office, MS outlook, internet, and emails;
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, team work, independent, conflict management and resolution, and result-oriented; ability to work without supervision and under pressure;

• Credit Risk Management:
o Interact with Internal Audit, Compliance and Credit Assessment Department to reviews and examination operation risk
o Analyze the root cause of operation problem and finding the strategic resolution
o Review the current loan operation process and propose to change if necessary in order to improve efficiency of loan operation
o Coordinate with legal consultant in order to improve current document
o Build up good relationship with operational club’s members, and BM to minimize risks
o Operation and Loan Portfolio Management:
o Manage the daily operation of the department in an efficient and effective manner
o To achieve setting plan of Credit department on time and develop a tool to measure effective work of Credit officers, TLs and BMs in order to keep the good quality of loan disbursement
o Communicate with management team to coordinate and monitor loan document
o Establish and maintain good environment work with an efficient and productive result within the department and branches based on good relationship with them
o Prepare monthly and annually loan disbursement plan and delegate it to each branch
o Support and assist branches operation
o Marketing and Communication:
o Develop report for supervisor
o Conduct marketing research, competitor survey and client satisfaction survey
o Develop new product and modify existing product fit to client need and based on real situation of financial market
o Prepare the advertisement strategic plan, and delegate to the related department
o Ensure the good relationship with all staffs
o Staff Management:
o Provide a leadership role model to Credit department staff and branch which including training and evaluate staff performance
o Supervise branch manager
o Formulate work plan for subordinate staff
o Ensure staff professional development in Credit department
o Give verbal or written blame or admiring the bad/good staff performance within the Credit department then report to CEO/Director.
o Planning and Policy Development:
o Prepare and propose to modify the policies and procedures documentation for the Credit department
o Fully comply with relevant policies and procedures of BNKC and follow by Cambodia Law and Regulations
