• Overall
o Proposed and execute all marketing, communication and branding strategy for all real estate portfolio, F&B and relevant business units.
o Proposed and manage marketing, communication and branding budget.
o Lead, guide and monitor staff performance and ensure the staff perform and complete their task.
o Marketing
o Plan and organize events to promote our projects especially Vattanac Capital, F&B and related business.
o Plan and execute campaign to drive traffic to our mall and Vattanac Capital Lifestyle Park.
o Plan and implement advertising campaigns to promote our projects especially Vattanac Capital, F&B and related business. Including both above the line and below the line.
o Manage and update all our project media platforms including app, website and social media.
o Prepare and get approval for marketing budget.
o Monthly report of marketing activities and annual review presentation.
o Seek third party Partnership for our marketing activities.
o Concept, Design, production and monitoring of marketing collaterals (both online and offline).
o Support leasing in reaching out to sales channels.
o Manage all visual advertising platform within all projects including LED screens, Digital Screens, Signages, E- standing and so on.
o Collaborate and work with Vattanac Golf, Vattanac Investment Lifestyle, KVL and other related company on joint marketing effort.
o Communication & Branding
o Propose and execute communication and branding strategy for company.
o Support HR for internal communication strategy with staff.
o Support relevant departments on their visual and communication tools.
o Propose and support F&B and other business units in their branding and communication strategy.
o Support HR and admin in all CSR, company events and staff activities in terms of design and artwork production.
o Responsible for the decoration of all our projects and including F&B outlets.
o Propose communication and branding budget.
o Propose and execute corporate branding strategy to promote Vattanac Properties as a choice of partners and employer.
o Others
o Provide leadership to marketing team members.
o Set up weekly meetings for discussion.
o Work with operation and engineer team on the look and feel of the buildings.
Job Requirement
• Years of Experience:
o A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Marketing within property service, F&B and related industries.
o Minimum 5 years as Head of Department.
o Education:
o A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration or related fields.
o Essential Skills:
o Good communication skill in English.
o Excellent Khmer writing.
o Strategic skills.
o Organisation skills.
o Creative skills.
o Facilitation and presentation skills.
o Computer’s program:
o Advanced IT skill in using Internet, Email, Ms World, Excel, Power Point and Power Point Presentation.
