Job Description
• Support the division in developing and implementing Public Relations (PR) and Marketing strategy;
• Provide support in the preparation of work plan, action plan, and budget plan;
• Co-develop and publish press releases, public statements, marketing and communication materials, progress report and annual report;
• Produce & design PR & marketing collaterals
• Conduct outreach programs/media and manage the SDF’s channels;
• Assist the division with the liaison with private sector, training providers, and relevant stakeholders/agencies;
• Support the PR & Marketing team to oversee relevant PR and non-PR activities;
• Support in collecting and analyzing data of the skills demand and supply;
• Take part in artwork design for communicating SDF activities to the public; and
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in media and communications, (digital) marketing, journalism, or related fields,
• At least 1 year of experience in PR, media and communication fields,
• A proven track record of PR and marketing campaigns,
• Experiences in graphic design and creative skills with a strong portfolio,
• Experience in 2D or 3D animation is a plus
• Moderate knowledge and skills in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.,
• Good communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work in a team and independently;
• Positive attitudes, strong commitment, and ability to handle multi tasks;
• Good command of English and Khmer, both oral and written; and
• Chinese language is a plus.
