Job Description
• Responsible for designing and implementing a marketing plan that aligns with the school mission to achieve the school's enrolment goal.
• Working closely with the admissions team, as well as all school leadership, to monitor and shape the school brand in the Phnom Penh community.
• Work closely with colleagues, to ensure the marketing content creation, distribution and follow up.
• Undertake training and staff development as appropriate to the nature of the post.
• Ensure the use and security of data, including images, is compliant with the school's operations.
• Comply with the School's Safeguarding Policy.
• Serve as the custodian of The King's brand by guiding communications to assist departments and divisions in setting up templates and formats for new initiatives, and programs so that the 'look and feel' represents King's.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans, including, but not limited to, digital marketing, public relations, special events, advertising, and other promotional strategies that support The King's School.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing and/or communications or equivalent/relevant degree
• Excellent knowledge of all marketing content creation tools and the ability to match content creation to the brand
• Ability to intelligently strategize both marketing (for admissions) and broader strategies around brand awareness, with the focus on the former.
• Excellent skills in managing digital and online platforms together with social media campaigns that fit the profile of the school.
• Excellent English, particularly in verbal communication skills
• Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, and helpful;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
