Job Description
• Bring in the profits and losses (P&L) responsibilities on iPay and digital business perspective.
• Monetization strategies for the iPay and Digital Business.
• Negotiate and execute commercial contracts, create pricing strategies and chart iPay as a platform to lead and influence the fintech ecosystem of Cambodia.
• Strategize the effective sale strategies to mobilize iPay users, Merchants, Bakong, and other digital business to achieve business goal. Actively drive usage and adoption of iPay mobile broadly through building more partnership with public and private entities to enable more payment channels through iPay.
• Collaborate with Marketing and relevant departments to develop and implement of marketing promotion and campaign on payments services and digital products to raise awareness to public and making iPay be on top of customer’s mind.
• Provides leadership and drives digital business teams, motivation, staffing and coaching effectively and efficiently to ensure strong growth of iPay, Merchant, and Bakong users.
• Undertakes regular market visits to identify and recruit potential clients for digital products and determine potential cross sells to other products and services.
• Build and lead to grow merchant base through new merchant partnerships and renewing existing merchant partners.
• Develop a strategic plan for merchant activities in partnership with other companies and other entities to successfully meet the KPIs. Develop powerful message to explain digital products such as iPay, merchant, and Bakong to customers to be well understood and interest.
• Support RMs and BMs to develop plan for iPay & merchant by monitoring the performance regularly to ensure the achievement of business goal.
• Develop and report the iPay, merchant and Bakong sales performance for management and branches to do analysis and follow up the performance and strategizing the sustainable growth, identify any risk happened and mitigate risk.
• Provide training related to iPay, Merchant and related products sales management to respective employees.
• Enforces discipline necessary for efficiency, good staff morale and promotion of the LOLC’s corporate image. Perform other tasks which assigned by Deputy CEO.
Job Requirement
• BA/MBA in Sales and Marketing, Finance and Banking or related field.
• Knowledgeable in financial institution, law and regulations in Cambodia
• Minimum 5-year experiences in mobilizing digital banking products and merchants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong English communication both writing and speaking.
