Job Description
** JOB SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE:
To assist with site selection and work closely with contractors on site, ensuring that works are carried out to specific standards, thus ensuring continued growth for the company. To attend all required meeting, record and archive meeting minutes for references.
** RESPONSIBLE/REPORTS TO:

- Engineering Director
- Design Director
** CORES COMPENTENCIES
- Graduated with Bachelor of Architecture Minimum three years work experience in Architect job
- Architectural drawing, drawing detail
- Knowledge types of building materials and construction methods.
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design
- Ability to prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, construction time, scale drawing and contract document for building contractors
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Be able to work under pressure 7 days/week ( if needed)
- Creative idea, flexibility self motivated and honesty
** MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with the clients and design structures that satisfy their clients' needs while conforming to the laws and regulations of the areas in which the structures will be built;
- Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, or specifying the requirements the design must meet;
- Using IT in design and project management, specifically using software packages such as Computer Aided Design (CAD);
- Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines;
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals;
- Preparing applications for planning and building control departments;
- Controlling a project from start to finish;
- Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget and resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
- Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction;
- Make necessary changes throughout the planning process;
Job Requirement
- Excellent organizational skills, great willingness to work, the ability to understand clear instructions and motivate others is required.
** QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA Degree in Architecture or Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Science from an internationally recognized university.
- 1-2 years of Architectural experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
- Technical qualification
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design
- Must be able to lead a team on projects. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good planning and mentoring skills.
- Good English oral and written communication skills.
