** JOB SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE:

To assist with site selection and work closely with contractors on site, ensuring that works are carried out to specific standards, thus ensuring continued growth for the company. To attend all required meeting, record and archive meeting minutes for references.

** CORES COMPENTENCIES
- Graduated with Bachelor of Architecture Minimum three years work experience in Architect job
- Architectural drawing, drawing detail
- Knowledge types of building materials and construction methods.
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design
- Ability to prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, construction time, scale drawing and contract document for building contractors
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Be able to work under pressure 7 days/week ( if needed)
- Creative idea, flexibility self motivated and honesty

** MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with the clients and design structures that satisfy their clients' needs while conforming to the laws and regulations of the areas in which the structures will be built;
- Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, or specifying the requirements the design must meet;
- Using IT in design and project management, specifically using software packages such as Computer Aided Design (CAD);
- Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines;
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals;
- Preparing applications for planning and building control departments;
- Controlling a project from start to finish;
- Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget and resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
- Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction;
- Make necessary changes throughout the planning process;

1. Scope of working:

Site Engineer is reporting directly to site manager/Construction Management Director and supervision day to day operation of site work.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
- Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit
- Identify and highlight possible risk on project
- Accurately inventorying construction material
- Coordination for verification of extra claims raise by direct manager;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Review project plans
• Undertaking surveys and ensuring site
• Interpreting details and drawings and providing instructions to Foreman on site
• Supervision of workers and foreman within area
• Making Daily reports and submitting to the site manager
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed as specification
• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Overseeing building work
• Check and control work quality
• Other task assign by management team

- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site in order to meet agreed deadlines;
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
- Preparing reports as required;
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are followed as per specifications;

MEP Designing Engineer
- Can calculate MEP works.
- Prepare method statement, drawing, materials, sample.
- Clarify discrepancies between M&E, structure, architect.
- Strong coordinate with Architect team and M&E team.

MEP Site Engineer
- Follow up with Electrical engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor;
- Ensure that works are being carried out as per design/specification/or planning;
- Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural;
- Conduct regular site inspections;
- Assist in the quality and safety audit;
- Identify and highlight the possible risk of the project;
- Accurately check and make order on construction materials;

- Prepare Plumbing design drawing include schematic drawing and detail drawing.
- Prepare design concept and detail to standards.
- Provide load Calculation, Method Statement, Calculation notes, technical catalogues and materials specification.
- Provide Shop drawing, As build drawing and Schedule.
- Prepare and review the BOQ.
- Site Inspection and meeting with the client and supplier.
- Coordinates with Plumbing site supervisor for any support and site issues.

- Responsible for completing own designing work in timely and efficient manner
- Implement quality of architectural design production according to building codes, law, requirements and architectural graphic standards
- Implement the operation system from concept, schematic design through the development of construction documents as per guidance from the Architect Supervisor
- Undertake architectural schematic and concept design for assigned projects including preliminary design calculations, preliminary sketches/drawings, preliminary specifications and other required design information
- Exhibit basic understanding of general design concept of architecture, structure and MEP
