Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of Security,
Housekeeping and Fire Safety
- Manage the Fire Command Centre
- Attend and manage any emergencies on site, for
example, fire alarms, bomb threats, etc.
- Provide input in the preparation of annual budgets
- Attend to tenants’ request/complaints
- Conduct performance appraisals in accordance with the
Company policy
- Carry out and assume any other duties and
responsivities as and when assigned by Assistant
Property Manager
- Carry out routine check on building services including
cleanliness of toilets, walkway, lighting, flooring,
corridor carpet, car lifts, lobby etc.
- Develop checklist and report template for patrolling
around premise both retail and office floor
- Assign zoning for Building Attendant to inspect in the
premise of building
- Inspect the outsource security guard on grooming,
location/post, attendant, tools/equipment for daily
operation
- Join briefing session/morning/afternoon/night for
security or cleaning.
- Controlling fitting out contractor
- Oversee the performance/discipline loading/unloading
bay
- Oversee parking area both basement and external space
- Handling on some admin task assigned by Assistant
Property Manager
- Collecting daily report from Operation and submit to
Assistant Property Manager
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years working experiences in customer
service/hospital industry
- Self-starter, reliable, honest, disciplined
- Good personality, a good team leader who able to lead
with minimum supervision
- Can do attitude, high commitment toward work that
assigned by supervisor
- Flexible with working hours, day off and public holiday
- Able to communication in Khmer and English, both speaking and writing
