Job Description
- Take charge of product delivery and after-sales services in various energy fields. (Defective product handling, authentication, maintenance, etc.);
- Design the module power service solution and promote the implementation of the service system in the company process.
- Promote the implementation of the serviceability requirement package baseline in the development process.
- Review the contract/agreement service domain.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor or above degree in telecommunication, IT, Electronic, computer science majors are preferable.
• Have basic knowledge of power electronics or power supply.
• Familiar with energy products, such as secondary power supply, site power supply, data center energy, photovoltaic, and charging module R&D, sales, and delivery experience is preferred.
