- Take off quantity of both Structural and Architectural works.
- Preparation of Tender documents, front end documents and queries
- Preparation of tender brief, read and understand the tender drawing and relevant specification.
- Bid comparison of subcontractor offers, collect cost data analyzing.
- Update and developing of price database for tender as per the subcontractor/supplier quotations.
- Checking Architectural and structural drawing, BOQ and Planning (Schedule)
- Prepare the contract or Letter of Agreement (LOA).
- Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), Variation Order (VO) for all Architectural and structural works
- Can go to site and checking technical work at site.
- Analyzing cost between Actual cost and budget cost
- Cost Estimate for the project
- Report to Manager in charge

-Supervise/Inspect Architectural works to ensure all construction works are in compliance with the contract drawings, specifications, documents, and samples that have been approved such as health and safety measures, shop drawings, and method statements.
-Assist in reviewing the submission of samples, shop drawings, method statements, and other related documents from consultants and contractors, and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with such approved samples and documents.
-Monitor closely the construction progress on site
-Maintain proper site records and reporting
-Assist in highlighting and resolving discrepancies in drawings.
-To supervise/inspect Architectural works that are in compliance with contract drawings
-Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

• To initiate and prepare a preliminary design concept based on information and requirement provided;
• To produce bills of quantities, labour, materials and equipment taking off from the final design;
• To review sub-contractors’ shop drawings and construction drawings against the MEP design and specification;
• To plan, oversee and manage the projects;
• Attend project site progress meeting and technical meeting;
• Manage the day to day work of the MEP team.
• Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing
• plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
• Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
• Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
• Assist in the installation of MEP work.
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
• Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentation/records.
• Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

• Assists and work closely with the design manager, team leaders, and team members.
• Develops design through all stages from conception to completion.
• Works on interior design assignments that include conceptual and schematic design through project completion and report directly to the design head department.
• Assists in preparing schematic, design development drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings in form of 2dand 3d drawings
• Assists in sourcing out materials, supplier and sub-con relevant to the project on hand.
• Assists in project site survey and measurement.
• Prepares meeting minutes, communicate design ideas and direction quickly to the team as
• Per client's, sub-con, vendors and project team requirement. Performs other tasks assigned by Team Leaders and Design Manager.

•To create new opportunity/chance for rental and maintenance contract business.
•To meet with customers and site survey for rental and maintenance contract proposal.
•To prepare rental and maintenance contract quotation, proposal and contract agreement for customers.
•To cooperate with maintenance supervisor for scheduling of rental and maintenance contract work.
•To monitor and follow up with maintenance supervisor for work.
•To handle the customers’ complaints on the rental and maintenance contract.
•To coordinate with Administration team for payment invoicing and pending work.
•To perform other relevant tasks as required by Business Development Manager.

- Strengthen project management to ensure the project is completed on time and with quality.

• Apply client standards and other applicable guidelines to complete engineering designs (utility pole replacements, communication cable attachment modifications, and new communication cable attachment design).
• Ability to analyze field collected data (including imagery) and accurately update applicable software packages for successful design implementation
• Communicate with local co-workers and US team, to agree on the best solution for engineering design
• Accountable for work assigned and responsible for completing work on project schedule and within project budget while regularly communicating status with management team
