• Preparation of project brief for engagement of consultants and outline design requirements to consultant(s)
• Preparation and presentation of Consultant Engagement Recommendation (CER) to Board of Directors
• Coordinate information inter-department/ external consultant
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirement
• Review and ensure C&S design and specifications comply to function, practicality, constructability and value-engineered aspects in compliance with building norm
• Responsible for coordination of C&S works to avoid discrepancies, errors and non-compliance on-site
• Manage and liaise with consultant and contractor during project implementation on technical matters
• Explore alternative design and specifications which are beneficial to projects
• Review design development, tender, construction and handover to ensure design requirements are met
• Facilitate discussion between consultant and contractor to resolve design and construction in relation to technical issues • Perform other task as assigned by Management

• Review electrical systems, including concept and detail design to reduce design errors, enhance
systems, ensure specification comply to function, practicality and constructability and value-engineering
aspects comply to building norm
• Coordinate information inter-department and/or with external consultants
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand product requirements
• Ensure design quality aligns to common building practices
• Preparation of design documents (i.e., drawings, calculation notes, simulation, presentation, report, etc.)
• Responsible to coordinate M&E works to avoid discrepancies and non-compliance on site
• Manage and liaise with consultant and contractor during project implementation on technical matters
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
