• Understand CMED Construction ESH standard guidelines and checking and monitoring site activity for complying with CMED Construction ESH standard
• Understand authority ESH regulation, guidelines, and requirements and advise to Project Manager to make necessary arrangements

Having experience as Draftsman of Architect

• Ability to design the Fiber Optical Network
• Ability to work outside the company for the site survey in and outside both Phnom Penh/Provinces, if required.
• On site survey at the customer site and prepare the survey report.
• Prepare the daily project update to the direct supervisor.
• Maintain the Fiber Network database and update to the system.

Architectural Supervisor role is to ensure all design for building is completed with creative skills and technical knowledge based on the direction from Design Manager/ Architectural Manager. By working closely with subordinates, Architectural Coordinator shall be leading and completing the architectural works required with in the following project phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender Documentation, Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.
Architectural Supervisor is the professional responsible for planning, developing, and implementing building designs by working together with the subordinates. The duties required are:
- Conduct project site analysis, case studies and design trend research
- Undertake architectural concept and schematic design for assigned projects,
with the ability to produce preliminary design sketches, design drawings, 3D
models, render images, design calculations, specifications, and other required
design information
- Collaborate with Commercial/ Quantity Survey Team to produce feasibility
studies

1. Procurement:
- Daily direct control and make purchase request from projects site.
- Extract bill of quantity from drawing and check specification for material
code in order to make purchase request.
- Tracking record all purchases request from projects to PO Team
- Check and report materials delivery on stock and site
- Follow up contractor materials submission for approval
2. Cost Management
- Extract bill of quantity and pricing from supplier and contractor
- Manage daily progress site report before process claim and submit report to
manager
- Control and make tracking record for claim management with accountant and
legal team.
- Selecting and evaluation contractor quotation and comparison.
- Check and review project progress claim and interim payment certificate from
contractor.
3. Quality control
- Develop and control QA/QC form and implement to project site
- Review and involved site inspection to check the quality of work with
punching list or defect list,
- Check and review the submission material approval from contractor
- Develop a standard formula for quantity take off with coding and its correct
methodology.

• Coordination work progress with Main contractor / Consultant / Client
• Undertaking land/topographic/building surveys using variety of specialist equipment and technology
• Measuring distances and angles between points on, above and below the earth surface
• Analyze and recording data using plans, maps, charts and software such as AutoCAD, and verifying the accuracy of data
• Preparing survey drawings, maps and reports
• Presenting data to project manager, site manager and related parties
• Advising about technical matters and whether construction plan is viable
• Checking structure layout, alignment, deflection, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Preparation of design brief outlining design requirements for engagement of consultants
• Preparation and presentation of Consultant Engagement Recommendation (CER) to the Board of Directors
• Review mechanical and plumbing systems, including concept and detail design to reduce design errors, enhance systems, ensure specification comply to function, practicality and constructability and value-engineering aspects comply to building norm
• Coordinate information inter-department and/or with external consultants
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand product requirements
• Ensure design quality aligns to common building practices
• Preparation of design documents (i.e., drawings, calculation notes, simulation, presentation, report, etc.)
• Responsible to coordinate MEP works to avoid discrepancies and non-compliance on site
• Manage and liaise with consultants and contractor during project implementation on technical matters • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager and/or management.
