Job Description
• Assist in designing and development internal and external training policies and programs.
• Research and experiment of new processes/systems to improve training function.
• Provide orientation program to make sure that all new staff are inducted and well communicated about the mission, vision and core values and corporates cultures of Mega Leasing Plc.
• Evaluate/Analyze and identify training need (TNA) to meet account/program objectives.
• Monitor, control, and feedback on all related training activities (planning and execution) by the trainers.
• Manage the customized training courses to ensure that all delivered trainings are of quality and the participants can perform their job better.
• Manage on-the-Job training program to make sure the staff are scheduled with the attachments objectively.
• Support the development and updating training policy and training material to make sure that it aligns with the business strategies and growth.
• Manage training fees upon staff resignation to ensure the training fees are settled and following with the policy.
• Coordinate all Staff Performance Appraisal, KPIs, 360-degree feedback, and other development programs to ensure that they are working well.
• Coordinate with recruitment officer in supporting on talent management program within Mega Leasing Plc; student promotion in the university or other institutes and support for internship/trainee program.
• Assist managers in developing a career path framework for employees
• Handle grievance procedures and consul employees regarding work, family, or personal problems.
• Manage dispute resolutions involving management, employees, etc.
• Identify potential job hazards in all area of Mega Leasing Plc.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Prepare training report, grievance report, staff insurance report, and management monthly report to manager.
• Do other reasonable tasks as assign by the manager
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, or other related fields
• At least two year-experience in human resource, training, talent management, preferably in financial sector.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, PowerPoint, e-mail)
• Good facilitation skill, strong communication skills in English and Khmer (written and spoken)
• Strong conceptualization; widely knowledge and analytical skills
• Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skill
• High motivation and ability to work without supervision
• Willingness to travel to support business operations at provinces
