-Lead, coach, train maintenance team to complete job on time
-Regularly check & monitor sub-contractors and also suggest to Site Operations Manager
For non-normal case or progression
-Daily/weekly/monthly check & monitor office, co-working space & tenant place and fix them on time
-Create corrective & preventive action plan to build up effectiveness of maintenance processing.
-Other tasks will be assigned by direct manager

• Be responsible for maintenance, preventive and repair of mechanical appliance (heavy machines) within the farm.
• To maintain and review specified procedures and controls to meet company’s standards.
• Manage and handle all related mechanical tasks within the entire farm.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Prepare monthly maintenance
• Participate in checking quality of cassava tube and flour as well as and providing comments/suggestion and deemed necessary.

• To respect the maintenance schedule;
• To perform the maintenance, repairing, and installation works;
• To keep AC workshop and the property in this workshop cleaned;
• To be responsible for the tools provided by the company;
• To respect the Company safety policy and rules during working hour;
• To submit his daily report and maintenance report to his Supervisor on time;

• To prevent and maintain all engineering equipment with proper planning for ensuring the smoothly operations of the hotel, restaurant & others hotel property;
• To lead and provide the technical training to maintenance team;
• To crate and update the maintenance manual for each equipment;
• To update the job description for each within the team, participate in the recruiting and performance evaluation;
• To manage the expenses and the budget of maintenance team;
• To update the inventory, execute weekly/ monthly checklists and ensure stock is well managed;
• To deal with guest and respond all building related health, safety & environment;
• To assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations;
