Job Description
• To prevent and maintain all engineering equipment with proper planning for ensuring the smoothly operations of the hotel, restaurant & others hotel property;
• To lead and provide the technical training to maintenance team;
• To crate and update the maintenance manual for each equipment;
• To update the job description for each within the team, participate in the recruiting and performance evaluation;
• To manage the expenses and the budget of maintenance team;
• To update the inventory, execute weekly/ monthly checklists and ensure stock is well managed;
• To deal with guest and respond all building related health, safety & environment;
• To assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations;
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical/ Plumbing or equivalent;
• At least 4 years experienced in maintenance (with hospitality sector is advantage);
• Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site;
• Be able to lead effectively the maintenance team;
• Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situation;
• Good communication in English and English;
• Must process basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc;
• Honesty and Integrity.
