1. Carry out daily service work of the company's product technology, including solving customers' doubts and problems in product application remotely or on-site;
2. Communicate with customers, track the operation status of products in projects, handle major after-sales service complaint calls, timely know and receive customers' feedback; collect, analyze and deal with problems, provide regular reports and after-sales service;
3. Develop and maintain relationship with customers, participate in and implement customer service plans, be responsible for meeting customer after-sales needs, solving customer problems and improve customer satisfaction;
4. Participate in the construction of the department's after-sales service system and process optimization, train and empower cooperation partners and team members.
5. Be responsible for the management and inventory of after-sales spare parts

• Works closely with Project Manager/Construction Management Team and supervisor on the day-to-day operations at construction sites.
• Follow up with MEP engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor
• Ensure that works are being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
• Interact with project manager for clarification with client’s equipment
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Assist in the quality and safety audit
• Identify and highlight the possible risk of the project
• Accurately check and make order on construction materials
• Coordinate for verification of extra claims raised by direct supervisor/manager

• Be responsible for maintenance, preventive and repair of mechanical appliance (heavy machines) within the farm.
• To maintain and review specified procedures and controls to meet company’s standards.
• Manage and handle all related mechanical tasks within the entire farm.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Prepare monthly maintenance
• Participate in checking quality of cassava tube and flour as well as and providing comments/suggestion and deemed necessary.
