Job Description
• Develop and implement LOLC marketing and branding strategies to promote the institution and its financial services.
• Contribute to long term marketing plans and strategies.
• Active involvement in planning, advertising, promotion, public/media relations of LOLC products, services and brand name.
• Institute measures to create popular awareness of the products and services being offered by LOLC (e.g. newsletter, signage, billboard, e-mails, web-site content, presentations and reports).
• Instruct Marketing/Creative Designer to enhance LOLC’s brand and develop branding strategies.
• Continuously monitor and analyze brand, competitive, and customer trends to enhance LOLC’s brand equity and marketplace performance.
• Develop and produce appealing and engaging materials in a variety of mediums (e.g., newsletters, brochures, billboards / signage, e-mails, website content, presentations, annual reports, etc.).
• Develop partnerships and sponsorships for publicity events such as contests, summits, awards.
• Work on customer service controlling in head office and branches.
• Deal with customer service complaints.
• Design both interior and exterior for LOLC’s offices/buildings.
Job Requirement
• MBA/BA inMarketing, Business or Finance and Banking.
• At least 5-year experiences of marketing management, branding development.
• Be able to generate strategies for the branding and product marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to think creatively, strong conceptualization and analytical skills, and capacity to contribute to future planning.
• Knowledge of office designs and constructions.
