Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor and maintain construction quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with school, contractor, and stakeholders.
Coordinate technical meetings with school and contractor monthly or every two weeks.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Prepare weekly reports about progress of construction site activities.
Promote DEWTAS to sector stakeholder, organizations, and Cambodian government agencies.
REQUIREMENTS

1. Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
2. Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety
regulations.
3. Researching knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application
methods, and materials.
4. Monitoring the work of Architects team and making recommendations.
5. Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and
electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
6. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
7. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
8. Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design
skills and improve their industry knowledge.
9. Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
10. Others tasks assigned by Design Manager.

1. The key responsibilities:
• Routing field visit the existing / new customers
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Prepare quotation for the customer.
• Follow up with customers
• Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Communicate & promote safe teamwork at all times so as to achieve all targets
• Work with supervisor to ensure understanding the same direction
• Prepare weekly sales activities and follow up report
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecast
• Effectively identify and understand key competitors
• Daily/Weekly update sales reports
• Other duties assigned by Project Sales Manager

• Preparation and presentation of Consultant Engagement Recommendation (CER) to Board of Directors
• Coordinate information inter-department/ external consultant
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirement

• Review and ensure C&S design and specifications comply to function, practicality, constructability and value-
engineered aspects in compliance with building norm

• Responsible for coordination of C&S works to avoid discrepancies, errors and non-compliance on-site
• Manage and liaise with consultant and contractor during project implementation on technical matters
• Explore alternative design and specifications which are beneficial to projects
• Review design development, tender, construction and handover to ensure design requirements are met
• Facilitate discussion between consultant and contractor to resolve design and construction in relation to
technical issues
• Perform other task as assigned by Management

• Basic knowledge of quantity take-off related to the MEP system
• Co-ordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the Project.
• Develop Subcontractor’s/Suppliers’ Contact Information for the company.
• Track any changes in design or actual work and document any changes
• Keep track of subcontractor work between contracture scope for valuation of variations and EOT when required.
• Understand, quantify, budget, and manage the cost of the works involved in the project (during the design and construction stages)
• Co-ordinate with site QS for preparing monthly interim progress claim for Client, sub-contractors, and finalization of account.
• Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines/Trades has been carried out for all external and internal MEP services.
• Ensure the project cost variances and change order processes are effectively and proactively managed.
• Ensure reliability and consistency in all work and duty performed at all stages of the Project
• Ensure project-targeted cost management and valuation work are managed effectively.
• Ensure that contracture claims are carried out in a highly ethical manner and all decisions are made on objective and defendable grounds
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

• Ability to perform STR installation inspection with the business partner, consultant and client
