Job Description
Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor and maintain construction quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with school, contractor, and stakeholders.
Coordinate technical meetings with school and contractor monthly or every two weeks.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Prepare weekly reports about progress of construction site activities.
Promote DEWTAS to sector stakeholder, organizations, and Cambodian government agencies.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirement
Education: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years relevant work experience
Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction sector, experience in manage site, surveying tools, experience in cost and quantity calculations, good AutoCAD drawing skills, and others.
Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working collaboratively with government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
