1. Scope of working:
Planning engineer is responsible for determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects and estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.

2. Duties & responsibilities:
- Prepare construction schedule and procurement schedules.
- Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
- Analyzing construction sites and local environments to determine appropriate logistics solutions and resources
- Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work
- Prepare Monthly Cost Report for all projects.

1. Ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
construction work is in accordance with project specific cost and schedule
requirements.
2. Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop
drawings submittals.
3. Liaise with consultant MEP supervisory engineers, inspectors and relevant
team.
4. Achieve a detailed understanding of the contract documents (drawings and
specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction
sequencing and project schedule.
5. Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, monitor between MEP subcontractors
during construction.
6. Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions
7. Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals
8. Log and post all MEP changes and as‐built information on field drawings
9. Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work
order.
10.Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant quality
documentation/records and Project Safety regulations 11. Demonstrate
innovative approaches to problem-solving and develop ideas from
conceptualization to completion.
12.Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
13.The other task assigned by project construction manager.

• Monitor the market to identify work opportunities.
• Pursue opportunities to obtain tender documents, completion and submission of BOQs.

• Post tender negotiations,

• Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre tender and post contract matters
• Preparation and issue of contractual letters to clients and / or sub-contractors

• As a site manager you will be responsible for looking after the teams on a construction site, as well as leasing with the clients. You could be monitoring costs and budget, and ordering materials for the project.
• The job role of a site manager involves the following duties:

• Acquiring equipment and materials and monitoring stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Hiring contractors and other staff and allocating responsibilities.
• Supervising the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and giving them guidance when needed.
• Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues.

• Read and understand the M&E drawing, then make plan to clear scope of work, calculate the M&E quantity
• Connect with Sub Cos, Supplier to get the suitable price to prepare M&E bidding documents
• Coordinate with other departments to complete documents
• Participate in interviews, explanations, and clarification of bid documents
• Make calculation sheet and perform design drawings for Electrical, ELV, MVAC, Fire Protection system (if any)
• Coordinate with other departments to complete documents

• Pre- Installation Review drawing and material available for site operation
• Ensure that tool and equipment are onsite for starting work
• Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
• Use new MEP installation methodology, equipment and tools
• MEP Installation Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for subcontractor’s action.
• Review Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings Understand of guidelines and procedure
for MEP work installations
• Find ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up.
• Resolve specific site problems as required to minimize program delays
• MEP Inspection Prepares daily inspection reports Receive, review, coordinate, track and process RFI’s
• Checks installed equipment, materials and workmanship
• Review and approve contractor submittals, resolve technical issues arising and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• MEP Testing Perform testing and commissioning activities of MEP project
• Perform testing and commissioning activities of MEP project
• Review design drawings and highlight commission ability issues to design team and offer solutions
• Schedule the final testing and commissioning activities
• Manage resources (manpower, tools and materials) required to covering all T&C activities

+ Carry out comprehensive structural, mechanical, and electrical profile design.
+ Estimating costs and quantity take-off measurements according to detailed construction design drawings.
+ Collaborating with other departments in the process of making estimates, measuring, and taking off quantities in accordance with design drawings.
+ Managing the team to implement client contracts, Supervise and control the team's construction quality.
+ Other tasks assigned by Board of Director.

- As a team leader, leading a group of technicians for conducting installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance; of fire protection systems following safety footprint; and standard requirements by NFPA.
- Coordinate with project manager, supervisor, owner, or owner’s representative onsite.
- Follow each workplace's rules and regulations with safety being the top priority.
- Responsible for the decision-making of the team when conducting the onsite work.
- Responsible for reporting work progress, and issues to the management team.
- Responsible for action plans, and time frame of completing each project (including reports).
- Managing resources required for each project.
- Coordinate with all departments within the company for relevant needs, through all means of communication.
- Continue self-development during off-site work in the office in relation to the fire protection system’s technicality, codes, and standards.

1.Solution Development
- Assist Sales with developing and documenting system specifications and design requirements
- Utilize experience within Material Handling industry to successfully meet the project requirements,
- Provide the bill of material (BOM), including sizing of all components, prior to obtaining competitive bids, to ensure the design meets all requirement,
- Review all bids from manufacturing partners and subcontractors for accuracy and consistency,
- Develop scope drawings, plan, and elevation views, for client approval and proposal submission,
- Summarize all costing information to Sales for proposal submission,
- Provide guidance to Sales regarding permitting, fire protection, life safety, and other relevant requirements.
- Clearly communicate the project schedule including final engineering, manufacturing, transit time, installation, etc.> for Project Execution
- Assist project manager with procuring all required materials
- Review all approval drawings from manufacturers for accuracy
- Develop required permit submittal drawings
- Obtain, and review for accuracy, any certified structural calculations, and drawings
- Develop comprehensive and detailed installation drawings
- Accountable for the accuracy of all engineering aspects of the project including all drawings, calculations, and BOM’s

- Be responsible for the assigned Projects.
- Prepares Proposal drawing bases on Sales information and customer’s requirements then send to Engineering Head office to get quotation-estimate.
- Updates Proposal drawing and Project information form when having changes from customers or/ and Sales engineer/manager
- After get Letter of Intent from Sales engineer, Pass information (Proposal drawing and Project information) to head office at Vietnam to get detail drawing with committed schedule from customer or sale engineer.
- Verify related information of jobs to provide to Head office at Vietnam, to make sure that all information of job is clear.
- Handle design change from beginning until hangover the Project to customer.
- Makes preliminary designs for quotations as requested by sales/sales support for the purpose of quantity calculations in accordance with PIF (Project Information Form).
- Fills in the estimate break down sheet where the quantity of each component
is listed separately & clearly for each area or phase of the project.
