• Assist Senior to supervise during design stage.
• Design some additional structure if required.
• Supervise, produce the shop drawing, method statements.
• Guide the team member for technical related.
• Site supervision on structural technical issues.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Technical Manage.

• Degree in civil engineer, architecture or other related fields;
• Minimum 02 years of work experience in site quantity surveyor in real estate development or construction industry;
• Strong cost knowledge pertaining to construction, architectural and engineering design criteria, construction sequencing and detailing, construction materials, methodologies and best practices;
• Proven good English communication both verbal and written;
• Computer literacy.
• Good in analytical skills, sales skill, detail oriented personality and able to work under pressure.
