• Be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electromechanical facilities.
• Regularly maintain the welding tools used.
• Cooperate with other colleague to carry out other relevant installation and construction operations
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

• Principal Accountability & Responsibility:
o To ensure accuracy of all monthly applications including assessment of all Variations for accuracy in time and cost analysis.
o Preparing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and keep updating the estimated quantities as detailed design information is available.
o Valuing completed work
o Assist procurement by preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities for tender enquiries and subcontract.
o Providing advice on contractual claims and preparing cost impact of variation to contract.
o Evaluating subcontractor's payment requests based on actual progress and recommend for payment.
o To advise from time to time on cost control and budgeting.
o Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
o Health, Safety and Environment duties:
o Respect safety instructions
o Report any unsafe situation

• Communicating the goals to all team.
• Supervising every phase of the projects from start to completion.
• Calculating costs, material, labour, and time required for each project.
• Approving designs and budgets.
• Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
• Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
• Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
• Analysing data and drafting reports for review

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Site Construction Supervision to meet technical requirement.
• Coordinate with Subcontractor to meet schedule.
• Able to travel at provinces.
• Read and instruct the drawing to subcontractor
