• Communicating the goals to all team.
• Supervising every phase of the projects from start to completion.

• Approving designs and budgets.
• Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
• Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
• Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.

• Your skills and experiences:
o Make the schedule of the weekly operation and coordinate the activities of the department.
o HIGH level of knowledge in construction, plumbing, electrical and mechanical engineering and maintenance
o Standard operation procedure for engineering equipment not limited to MDB & ATS rooms, AC, Fire system, Exhausted System, Lighting, Generator, Transformer…etc.
o Hygiene and safety standard equipment not limited to foods, equipment, chemical and devices

Job Description
• A typical day for you with us could look like this:
o Following up on direct reports of Social Staffs, coaching each team member individually and facilitating group meetings.
o Advice and mentor Social Staffs in high risk cases as well as helping them to grow and solve cases to empower Cambodian Families.
o General administration work, such as reporting, monitoring of goals of Social Staff
o Connecting with local authorities and relevant organizations building up a network and support system
o Connect and collaborate with Team Leaders of different ICF Social Programs to ensure a client centered communication and provide holistic services.
o Regular meetings with both Family care Program Manager and team members for support and exchange of experiences
Job Requirement
• Your skills and experiences:
o Working experience in the humanitarian and/or social work sector, such as education, community work, Health Awareness or similar.
o Leadership experience
o Good English speaking and writing (Intermediate level), easily to handle basic computer skills and able to learn new tools
o Critical and connected thinking, proactive engagement in work
o Leadership experience and The sensitivity and ability to built a professional relationship with the children and their families in your care
o Open to grow continuously through learning from mistakes, receiving feedbacks and self -reflection

Job Description
• A typical day could look like this (responsibilities):
o Following up with team leaders of specific educational programs and projects in ICF Social, such as Tutoring Program, Scholarship Training Program, supporting them in operational matters as well as collaboratively planning activities to reach goals set
o Be an active participant in supporting the leadership of ICF Social by creatively engaging in relevant processes to continually improve programs and systems and building up the capacity of ICF Social as a whole.
o Collect and report relevant information, by monitoring the project and its outcomes in significant ways
o Taking ownership of the key leadership function by leading by example, to a high awareness of their tasks and independent working.
o The Coordinator cooperates with different Social Leaders aiming to improve the different programs as whole
Job Requirement
• Your skills and experiences:
o Preferably holding a Bachelor Degree or other certificate in the area of Education/ Social Work
o fluent in English (speaking, writing and comprehension)
o Preferable at least two year experience on teaching, social work with children, families or communities
o High social skills in natural interaction with different age groups, relationship building, and empathy
o Ability to use computer, internet including e-mail, microsoft office (word - excel - powerpoint)
