• Check original texts or confer with authors of the reports and presentation materials to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material.
• Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
• Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for financial, legal, real estate’s material related to the company’s businesses and operations.
• Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.
• Read written materials such as financial reports, legal documents, advisory works, or news reports, and rewrite material into specified languages (Khmer, English or Chinese)
• Refer to reference materials such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks as needed to ensure translation accuracy.
• Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively into specified languages, orally, maintaining message content, context, and style as much as possible.
• Honor outlined ethical codes to ensure sensitive and confidential information remains secure and protected
• Compile information about the content and context of information to be translated, as well as details of the groups for whom translation or interpretation is being performed.
• Perform any other duties as and when required by the company.

• Cooperate with the senior estate manager or estate director to be responsible for the management of materials, safety, quality, and people coordination at the site.
• Be responsible for the material management of the decoration construction site, including purchase application, receiving acceptance, warehousing in, etc.
• Be responsible for the management of safe and civilized construction on site.
• Be responsible for the preparation of project construction scheme, construction technical scheme, particular season construction and other technical schemes, organizing the disclosure, and supervising the implementation
• Be responsible for the project inspection before the handover, the quality inspection and rectification tracking during the construction process.
