• Daily monitoring card system performance to ensure that the system works smoothly for all card types (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, JCB and CSS), ATM and POS for both On-Us and Off-Us cards.
• Set up and update the card system parameters as and when the job operational requirement
• Maintain all card system application servers connect to Oracle database server, all application to Oracle Database.
• Assist Technical Card Manager to develop or enhance reports which are required for business purposes • Create new user in system, assign user rights and install card system applications on PC
• Create new terminal keys, assigned new key into terminal and do configuration on the terminal in system • Assist Technical Card Manager to setup, maintenance any required system environment for SIT, UAT, PRODUCTION.
• Provide as assistant and guidance to all staff who could experience some difficulty or encounter card system issue which can't solve on time or interrupt their operational work

• Manage CMS and switching system administrator.
• Setup, maintenance any required system environment SIT, UAT, PRODUCTION.
• Review the system is updated as per the changes released by the card schemes.
• Maintain and keep the edit package system as well as Visa.
• Manage system logs and keep in a safe location for internal/extended purpose
• Facilitate in new card scheme projects implementation (Visa, Master, Union Pay, JCB, … etc.) and any other third-party integration projects.
• Initiate new technology functionalities on top of the current existing functionalities on the ATM machines and POS terminals to ensure that bank is a leading technology bank
• Implement new NBC initiated projects (CSS POS, FAST, Bakong, etc.)
• Implement new fast payment projects (Visa Tap and Pay, mVISA, and any other fast payment project developed by other card schemes)
• Perform troubleshooting as required such as effort of lead problem-solving by involving outside vendors and other support users
• Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit

• Performs analysis and assessment on existing server and network that provide improvement plan. • Develop and maintain the disaster recovery plans, ensure the reviewed and updated regularly for relevance, practically and staff transfer in response to fast moving business environment
• Ensure availability of systems and infrastructure by pro-active monitoring, maintaining and managing of firewall and network systems.
• Perform monitoring and tracking of network, server performance and its utilization to ensure there is a strong monitoring in place.
