• Be able to correctly complete the wiring, operation and measurement of various tests and field tests, and be familiar with the elimination methods of various factors affecting the test results.
• Understand the test acceptance standard, principle and application of low and medium pressure cabinet.
• Familiar with all kinds of test instruments and equipment, instrument usage and principle.
• Responsible for checking, identifying and reporting the use of materials in accordance with specifications and design requirements.
• Establish test instrument and equipment ledger, keep test data properly, formulate test instrument and equipment maintenance management system and operation rules, so as to achieve strict management and standardized operation.

• Storage and maintains tools in a proper way.
• Take care of maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, heavy machinery, systems, and automotive vehicles.
• Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.

• Liaising and assist Project Manager/ Site Manger to monitor overall project activity within approved project schedule and budget.
• Analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.
• Prepare and submit construction drawing of a given project
• Liaising with engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Managing and monitoring all assigned projects activity, prepare to submit monthly progress report.
• Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.
• Completing quality assurance & quality control on all project activity and prepare to submit monthly reports.
• Using CAD software to draft designs.
• Prepare method of statement and monitoring site work according to approved method statement.

• Supervise and Lead O&M teams.
