o Lead O&M teams.
o Review and assess adequacy of O&M procedures.
o Contributing in the planning and development of O&M.

o Predict event of fault on transmission line.
o Manage and Supervise the O&M team and tasks in quality and safety manner.
o Well organize applicable working tools for the specific O&M work.
o Manage to completing any O&M issue within a shortest timeframe.

o Communicate and coordinate with EDC team.

• Assist Construction Manager to selecting electrical material, equipment and prepare BOQ.
• Electrical design including design criteria and load calculation.
• Inspect at construction site for sub-contractor electrical installation.
• Work closely with site manager and other sub-contractor during electrical installation

• Essential Requirements
o Experience with electrician or At least 2-year relevant experience.
o Special Skills Required, if any
o Experience in technical or electrical with transformer or electric Sector are an advantage

• Responsible for wiring assembly and debugging of low-voltage and medium-voltage cabinets, assembly and debugging of company equipment, on-site installation and debugging of customers.
• Understand electrical drawings, electrical cabinet assembly, wiring work
• With a strong hands-on ability, work carefully, not afraid of hardship, a strong sense of responsibility

• Be able to correctly complete the wiring, operation and measurement of various tests and field tests, and be familiar with the elimination methods of various factors affecting the test results
• Understand the test acceptance standard, principle and application of low and medium pressure cabinet
• Familiar with all kinds of test instruments and equipment, instrument usage and principle
• Responsible for checking, identifying and reporting the use of materials in accordance with specifications and design requirements
• Establish test instrument and equipment ledger, keep test data properly, formulate test instrument and equipment maintenance management system and operation rules, so as to achieve strict management and standardized operation

• Carry out field installation test for company's products and complete test report.
• Responsible for communicating and coordinating with Party A to ensure the smooth completion of installation and test.
• Responsible for the collection and arrangement of field data.
• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the company's products.

• Under the leadership of the production department, fully responsible for the workshop production, quality, technology, equipment, safety and other work, strive to improve the management level, improve production efficiency, complete the overall quality and quantity of the targets and tasks assigned by the superior.
• According to the production plan issued by the production department, organize the workshop production, coordinate the production process, grasp the production schedule, ensure the balanced production and production tasks.
• Prepare for work in advance, and supervise the staff on duty to check workshop environment and sanitation, equipment maintenance and safety after work.
