• Storage and maintains tools in a proper way.
• Take care of maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, heavy machinery, systems, and automotive vehicles.
• Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
• Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
• Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.
• Provide maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users.

• Identify map information needs;
• Identify and access map information sources
• Ensure accurate linkages between spatial databased and assessment data;
• Ensure that the produced maps meet the requirements
• Updating monthly maps and database to reflect production and reporting discrepancies,
• Ensuring rectification and curving out of unproductive areas and reporting.
• Ensuring ongoing census and creating census reports on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring that census is done in a productive way;
• Produce maps for other departments on request to reflect illegal changes in boundaries and reporting those.
