• Quality check till dispatch
• Manpower handling, manpower utilization
• Proper utilization of resources
• Taking care of tools
• Raw materials monitoring (For Box assembly & line)
• Daily information board update
• Daily production report
• Responsible for 5S in the warehouse
• Kaizens (instructed by manager)
• Line maintenance (conveyor, pneumatic guns, compressor, welding machines etc.)
• Responsible for discipline in the lines
• Report down time and possible trends
• Responsible for effectiveness of assembly process
• Spare part monitoring (missing, damage, shortage) immediately report to manager
• Note:- Responsibilities can be change or add by the manager

• Manage customer relationship to maintain and generate new sales
• Visit and find new dealers.
• Forecast supply and demand for products
• Follow up and support dealers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Company.
• Lead, facilitate and follow up own team members
• Work closely with other teams to archive targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales report.
• Visit/meet with clients to make new sales
• Conduct regular market and dealer visits and provincial mission
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Market Research and Planning
• Must be able to convince customers to buy.
• Formulate an appropriate sales strategy
• Follow up for sales target completion.
• Liaison with marketing agencies to assist in follow up of enquiries.
• Conduct activation events.
• Must be willing to travel and meet customers.
• Have ability to create marketing plan and push the market
• Plan marketing and branding objectives
• Use effectively all the social media platforms to promote our product and attract customers
• Manage the productivity plans and projects
• Design and print ads and publications
• Expand product solutions and offerings
• Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Engage consumers on social media
• Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities
