Job Description
• Cooperating with all departments to develop training curriculums.
• Organizing training to staffs/trainees on Staff Manual, Child Protection Policy, National Social Security Fund, Code of Conduct (CoC), and other external/internal regulations or another assigned topic.
• Coordinating and liaison with vocational training teachers.
• Translating /interpret English into Khmer and vice versa
• Assisting HR with MoU, action plan and budgeting relating to vocational training proposal.
• Attending bi-weekly and monthly meeting and reporting.
• Working as technical support for all departments to make sure the training proceeds smoothly with high quality training management. Making teacher evaluation when needed.
• Making summary report on study result of students with/without improvement.
• Updating training schedule and lesson plan in liaison with departments
• Preparing/editing training materials and organize classes.
• Designing score records system for VT teachers.
• Making sure teachers submit score records in a timely manner.
• Assisting Human Resource Manager to give inputs on developing Staff Manual, Child Protection Policy, and other internal regulations.
• Assisting to organize visits and orientation for staffs, partners, benovol/volunteers in the SGC farm.
• Assisting to coordinate staff/trainee to attend workshop, training, meeting, community learning service, and field trips.
• Reporting regularly on the projects: its accomplishments, problems encountered, lesson learned and to put forward recommendations for future projects and activities.
• Checking and making request for disinfection materials including mask, alcohol and tissue disinfection liquid. Other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor.
Job Requirement
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Educational Science or related discipline.
• Having teaching certification or pedagogy in teaching or teaching experience for at least 1 year.
• Vocational Training experience at least 1 year/ Proficiency in written and speaking English.
• Experience in vocational training at least one year/Excellent presentation abilities.
• Strong written and administrative skills.
• Nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing.
• Passionate about fostering computer literacy and academic excellence.
• Willing to work under pressured tasks.Experience working with NGO/INGOs is required.
• Be able to write and speak English well.

• Linking connection between Social Staff and Head of Community Center
• Networking with Authorities and Partners
• Reach out to churches, NGO and partners in the target area.
• Working tasks:
• Project 1: Campus Development
• Training of external/internal teachers for interactive and creative teaching units where children can learn with all their senses
• Prepare, create and plan interactively Life Skill Classes for Kids and Teenager with the team
• Teach the students based on the developed Life Skills curriculum with the team
• Coordinate and establishing contacts with external Teachers, NGOs, Schools, relevant department officers
• Evaluation of the visitors on the ICF Community Campus and resulting educational offers
• Develop new education offers on the Community Campus based on the needs of the children and teenager
• Professional relationship building with children and teenagers
• Engage in play with children
• Support and plan events at the ICF Campus for children/teenagers
• Project 2: Study Group
• Oversee the Project “Study Groups” in the Village and at the Campus
• Active leading from 5 Social Staff in this Project
• Teach and educate teenagers (Study Group Leader) to teach children in the villages/campus of grades 1 - 6
• Quality assessment and further development of the Study Group Project
• Development of teaching units for grades 1 - 6
• Addressing problems and active problem solving with Children and Study Group Leader
• Management and Leadership:
• Responsible in leading 2-3 staff and external teachers
• High social skills in natural interaction with different age groups and relationship building
• Approaching people proactively, addressing issues, facilitating conversations respectfully.
• Apply critical thinking skills, proactively taking action steps in areas of influence and taking ownership in areas of responsibility.
Job Requirement
• At least holding a Bachelor Degree in the area of Education/ Social Work
• 1 or 2 years experiencing on teaching and social work with the communities
• Fluent English (speaking, writing and comprehension)
• Good level of computer skill (Word - Excel - Powerpoint)
• Ability to plan, teaching, facilitation and think creativity
