• A typical week for you with us could look like this: Start and preparation for the Sound check and Set up
 Saturday for the youth celebration from afternoon till the evening.
 Sunday morning for the kids church.
 Sunday afternoon and evening for the adult celebration.
 Set up for any team meeting and discovering course.Planning the team of volunteers for all celebrations happening during the week regularly.
o Studio recording and editing for all the church ministries that needed.
o Maintenance/manage the storage to keep it tidy and clean.
o Managing the technic staff and volunteers (contact/follow up)

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Oversee staff on a daily basis
• Check all areas, including stairways and social areas, for cleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required

• A typical day could look like this (responsibilities) :
o Create and plan activities and responsibilities with your Team

• Your responsibilities:
o Coordinating and supporting First Aid Stations, including wound treatment and First Aid treatment.
o Building up, leadership and member care of the First Aid Volunteer Team.
o Support in different Medical Programs, eg. Dental Care, Vaccination Program, education programs.
o Assisting and performing training of ICF Staff team and other possible medical/health teachings. Support and realisation in community education work.
o Managing medical inventory and stock
o General reporting of medical cases, stock etc.
o Translation English - Khmer for medical cases if needed.
o Learning from Medical Coordinator to gain knowledge and responsibilities.

• Role and Responsibilities
o Lead and continuously develop the agile IT team while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors.
o Manage the IT infrastructure, company data and IT customer support within budget, time constraints (budget development and tracking) and adequate confidentiality.
o Manage daily maintenance for high availability of the environment and lead crisis situations that may involve complex technical issues involving software, hardware and procedure.
o Initiate and lead efforts to improve IT processes, IT infrastructure, working methods, effective delivery of networks and managing security risks.
o Oversee or lead IT projects.
o Ensure timely communications regarding updates and changes to IT policies.

• Tasks:
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Check food while cooking to stir or turn

• Evaluation of the visitors on the ICF Community Campus and resulting educational offers
• Develop new education offers on the Community Campus based on the needs of the children and teenager

• Oversee the Project “Study Groups” in the Village and at the Campus
• Active leading from 5 Social Staff in this Project
• Teach and educate teenagers (Study Group Leader) to teach children in the villages/campus of grades 1 - 6
• Quality assessment and further development of the Study Group Project
• Development of teaching units for grades 1 - 6
• Addressing problems and active problem solving with Children and Study Group Leader
• Management and Leadership:
• Responsible in leading 2-3 staff and external teachers
• High social skills in natural interaction with different age groups and relationship building
