• Help to write and develop system administration procedures.
• Support to run daily/ periodical processing (morning, evening, month-end, year-end, etc…).
• Assist to assign user passwords and privilege and maintain data integrity;

• Research and self-improve knowledge about IT security and searching for seminars/courses for improving skills.
• Assist in assessment of the training needs. coordinate, direct and participate in the training/refresh (branch users) related to IT security.
• Knowledge and understand on IT Security Risk Assessments.
• Knowledge and understand on Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing are performed on corporate infrastructure to ensure security of same, and prepare reporting for management.
• Assist IT security parts on system logs reviewing.
• Help to process and track IT security procedures and guidelines.
• Knowledge and understand on EDR is deployed to all the PCs/ Laptops participating.
• Knowledge and understand on security standard ISO 27001 will be an advantage.

• Installation and maintenance of security software.
• Instructing computer users on security.
• Monitoring systems for security breaches.
• The Data Security Officer will develop information security policies and procedures.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

• Work closely with the line supervisor to develop and update audit programs, working paper, and audit procedures in IT audit scopes and implement after approval.
• Examine IT internal controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk and develop remediation strategies.
• Manage the timeframe for each audit mission as agreed to achieve the plan.
• The audit executions have followed the IT policy, procedure, and standard in order to ensure all kinds of IT risks are covered, managed, and complied with.
• Perform regular audit testing and provide effective recommendations.
• Discuss and clarify the finding with the auditee to find a clear root cause.
• Keep more concerns in each process to ensure that the internal controls are in place.
• Quickly update to a supervisor if there is any suspicious case is discovered.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on identified security and control risks.
• Ensure the audit documents are fully completed information and stored after finish the audit mission.
• Ensure constant capacity building and up to the date of Phillip Bank's business performance.
• Other additional tasks are assigned by the line supervisor
