• Main Responsibilities
o Together with the Target Market Manager Concrete to assist the Managing Director to generate business/ technical strategies appropriate to designated market segments.
o Build network and relationship to supervise and provide strongly support to existing and potential Key Accounts in Grinding Aids markets.
o Providing the sales force, technical service team and customers adequate knowledge on the application and use of Sika products (particularly Grinding Aids).
o Manage overall turnover target.
o Ensure that the country be well-staffed to manage Grinding Aids business with high efficiency level.
o Collect updated product information from the market and Sales in order to develop existing products or propose new products accordingly.
o Coordinate with relevant department in development of new data sheets, catalogues, method statement, etc.
o Control expense budget to maximize effect with respect to profitability and growth.
o Monitor competitors’ activities and keep relevant managers briefed.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the Target Market Manager/ Managing Director.
o Performance measured by :
o Evidence of Grinding Aids system active across Cambodia.
o Strengthening market leader position in Grinding Aids business.
o Evidence of high level of motivation, team spirit and low level staff turnover due to factors under job holders control. Feedback from customers.
o Set Project development objectives are achieved.
o Budget achieved with due regard for growth.
o Effective cooperation with other departments.
Job Requirement
• Education Requirement
o Bachelor degree in construction, concrete, grinding aids, building material or relevant.
o Experience Requirement
o 2-3 years working experience in preferably in construction industry
o Competence/ skills
o Strong analytical, business sense and problem solving skills
o Strong leadership/ management/ team building skills
o Good coordination/ interpersonal skills

• Responsible for construction management of high-end projects include but not limited to fit out packages of luxurious residential projects, A&A/new construction of high-end Retail and Landscaping works
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to include but not limited to project designers, consultants, contractors, internal departments from inception to completion stages of the projects
• Provide technical support and resolve design/construction problems
• Assist the Project Director to review contractor’s submissions including but not limited to work program, work plan and shop drawings

Job Requirement
• Degree holder in Building Studies / Construction Management or relevant disciplines with minimum 8-12 years' working experience with high rise construction cycle, fit-out works, and project management in construction industry
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Construction manager for high-rise building projects (experience with basement construction, earthwork is preferred)
• Corporate Membership in relative institute or Master degree equivalent is preferred
• Working experience in property development is an advantage
• Working experience in handling high rise building above 100M, new buildings and A&A projects is necessary
• Comprehensive knowledge of principles concepts and techniques in construction or facility operations techniques with knowledge of environmental regulations
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to communicate in English at a professional level both in writing and speaking
