• Create new product formulations and samples.
• Responsible for creating and updating ERP and Intranet in accordance to company regulations.
• Coordinates all shelf life testing.
• Work with production Manager to set specs on new products.
• Manage product development from proof of concept through commercialization, resulting in the launch of new and improvement of existing productions in our portfolio.
• Developing product matches for existing items.
• Maintaining highly accurate documentation of the product development process.
• Preparing samples to be shipped or presented to the customer or sales team.
• Partner with the manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to improve existing products.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with RM and Manufacturing equipment supplies.
• Lead/ execute cost saving initiatives related to admixtures and mortar operations.
• Responsible for controlling cost through smart formulation and processing, and creation/ execution of cost saving projects.
• Ensures product specifications are accurate.
• Create and edit formulas and ensure accuracy to finished product specs.Ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures are followed.

• Main Responsibilities
o Together with the Target Market Manager Concrete to assist the Managing Director to generate business/ technical strategies appropriate to designated market segments.
o Build network and relationship to supervise and provide strongly support to existing and potential Key Accounts in Grinding Aids markets.
o Providing the sales force, technical service team and customers adequate knowledge on the application and use of Sika products (particularly Grinding Aids).
o Manage overall turnover target.
o Ensure that the country be well-staffed to manage Grinding Aids business with high efficiency level.
o Collect updated product information from the market and Sales in order to develop existing products or propose new products accordingly.
o Coordinate with relevant department in development of new data sheets, catalogues, method statement, etc.
o Control expense budget to maximize effect with respect to profitability and growth.
o Monitor competitors’ activities and keep relevant managers briefed.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the Target Market Manager/ Managing Director.
o Performance measured by :
o Evidence of Grinding Aids system active across Cambodia.
o Strengthening market leader position in Grinding Aids business.
o Evidence of high level of motivation, team spirit and low level staff turnover due to factors under job holders control. Feedback from customers.

o Effective cooperation with other departments.

• To ensure that all works/processes that perform by maintenance will be followed strictly.
• To develop and supervise the maintenance program and to perform and ensure it is accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Participates in objective setting, plan development and performance review of maintenance objectives.
• To ensure that the preventive/schedule maintenance is done properly for all equipment, utilities within Factory.
• To develop the maintenance report along with the operation manager, to Do the reports and follow up system to make sure that the program is carried out.
• To assign and control workloads and expenditure on maintenance requirements daily.
• To ensure health & safety rules and Environment Management System are observed and government regulations relating to the maintenance department are met at all times.
• Coordinates departmental activities with other departments, provides suggestions to the Operation Manager on maintenance issues, oversees the maintenance of departmental records and files.
• To recommend Process Engineering Manager on any improvement modification or new installation to existing plant equipment/system.
• Ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures are followed.

• To establish, develop, and maintain effective customer relationships in order to sustain and promote the growth of sales operations related to Target Market Concrete in order to achieve the set turnover/profit / market share forecasts.
• To inspect weekly the designated Batching plants to check and report on: storage conditions, dispenser conditions, admixture performance, delivery services, technical requirements, technical issues from customers and to take part of the maintenance of such equipment.
• To improve market coverage and develop new market segments / Application fields.
• To negotiate with customers at the best interest of Sika.
• To achieve annual sales target assigned to team and individual.
• To proceed all quotations and offers, sales contracts, debt collection and all official letters related to customers.
• To support the sales effort by carry out the trial mix, site demo, to use all marketing material.
